                     If you haven't used NetResponse before we will require a deposit of £14.99. If the support session cost is less than £14.99 we will refund the difference. Future support will not require a deposit.

 

2 - Talk To An Engineer

                    Call 0845 504 7169 to speak to a Dorset based support engineer or contact us using Skype or Live Chat. Before you make any commitment the engineer will give you an estimate for the work you require.


3 - Connect to Computer

                    Using remote control software we will connect to your computer and fix the problem securely and quickly. We can only access your computer with permission and you will be able to see what we're doing on your computer's display.


4 - Final Payment

                   After the issue has been fixed, we will confirm the time taken to resolve the problem and send an invoice by email. Payment can be made using Credit \ Debit card, PayPal or Google Checkout. Please make payment within 24 hours.
