With our Standard Response support service simply log a call and we will remotely connect to your computer at an agreed time. If you require immediate support then please use our Rapid Response service



1 - Pay Deposit (1st time customers only!)

                    If you haven't used NetResponse before we will require a small Deposit of £14.99. If the support session cost is less than £14.99 we will refund the difference. All future support will not require a deposit.


2 - Log a Support Call with Our Helpdesk

                    A support call can be logged online using our Helpdesk or by Contacting Us. Once the call has been logged we will contact you within 2 hours or at a time you specify. Before you make any commitment the engineer will give you an estimate for the work.


3 - Connect to Your Computer

                    Using remote control software we will connect to your computer and fix the problem. We can ony access your computer with permission and you will be able to see what we are doing on your computer's screen.


4 -Final Payment

                    After the issue has been fixed we will confirm the time taken to resolve the problem and send an invoice by email. Payment can be made using Credit \ Debit card, PayPal or Google Checkout. Please make payment within 24 hours.
